Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

RTHM Ride (operated by RTHM MTB, ABN 18 573 260 100, Ringwood North VIC 3134, Australia) complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described, or doesn't perform as it should, contact us at jason@rthmride.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund — including return shipping at our cost — at no charge to you. Faulty goods are covered under ACL guarantees regardless of the 30-day window.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

We accept change-of-mind returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. A flat $14 AUD return postage fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and a flat $20 AUD fee applies to exchanges (covering return and reshipment). Alternatively, the buyer can organise shipping at their own expense. These fees are deducted from your refund or invoiced before exchange dispatch. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

How to Start a Return

1. Email jason@rthmride.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and address.
3. Ship the item back (tracked post recommended).
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement is processed within 7 business days.

Shipping — Australia

• Cost: Free standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD. Orders under $200 AUD: $10 AUD flat rate.
• Dispatch: Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation from Ringwood North, VIC.
• Delivery time: 2–7 business days across Australia via Australia Post tracked or equivalent courier.
• Tracking: A tracking link is emailed automatically the moment your parcel leaves us.
• All prices in AUD and include GST where applicable.
