An order is not accepted until it has been processed and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to: • Stock availability • Payment issues • Suspected fraud

Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage in transit (to the extent permitted by law).

All products are used at your own risk. Cycling and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

7. Returns & Consumer Guarantees

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product: • Is faulty • Is not as described • Does not perform as expected We also accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery when items are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Standard return shipping is free for eligible Australian returns.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
